Transformation CD available in April! - April 1, 2008
My new cd is at the manufacturing plant and will be available mid-April. A full-length cd with 10 original songs, produced by Jay Pinto. This is a soundtrack for the transitions and hope in my own life, I hope these songs resonate in your life as well!
"Sisters" performed at Angel Valley, Sedona AZ - April 1, 2008
The song "Sisters" was written for my friends from the Divine Goddess Network. I do not normally write music for ensembles or choirs, but I was inspired to write a song for these women before even meeting them! The impromptu "Goddess Choir" learned "Sisters" at a retreat last year in Hawaii. The women sing like angels! (Or... goddesses!)
This year, we added a new circle of women and a new song: "Carry the Light" (unrecorded as of yet). The songs are actually "sisters" to each other, and can be sung together at the same time! (Completely an "accident of inspiration"!)
We had our first rather impromptu "performance" in March in Sedona after a beautiful fireside ceremony with the wise and beautiful Iroquois elder Healing Wolf. After the ceremony, Healing Wolf and her friends came with us to the Crystal Hall and graced us by being our first "audience." Singers and listeners alike were moved by the music, and several people had dreams that night of the choir singing the music in Cathedrals, at Agape, even on Oprah! I am open to all such developments....
